[Ericsson], one of the largest IT exporters in Poland, the main Polish provider of IT solutions for Ericsson. He also led restructuring programmes in production companies in the areas of business strategy, finances, as well as organisational structure and team integration. He specializes in change management, implementing business strategies and profiling strategic competencies of companies.
